Hello, I’m Christina, the heart behind Your Organised Lady. My journey here was sparked by years of feeling stuck, endlessly circling around the life I wanted but couldn’t quite reach. Each passing year seemed to add another layer of frustration and shame as my dreams felt further out of reach. But then, I began to understand the way my mind worked. Realizing I have ADHD, much like my discovery of being dyslexic, helped me make sense of the challenges I’d struggled with for so long.
I dedicated a decade of my life to working in healthcare across diverse settings, primarily in the warmth of people's homes within the community. The privilege of supporting such a wide array of individuals has deeply enriched my understanding, allowing me to focus wholeheartedly on your needs and what will empower you to create the beautiful space you truly deserve!
I have always loved the charm and challenge of renovating old houses, and I sometimes wonder if they were a surrogate for the care I so deeply needed myself. My mind was exhausted, weighed down by the endless mental checklist of unfinished projects around my home. This drove me into repeated cycles of burnout as I ignored my need for self-care, expecting myself to perform hard tasks daily. I ignored the warning signs until my body had no choice but to shut down. Each burnout took longer to recover from, yet the tasks continued to pile up.
I’ve always had a natural love for organising, and during my time working in healthcare, I found true joy in helping people while also helping to create more order in their homes. I loved making it easier for them to find what they needed and creating a sense of calm by carving out more space. It was this experience that inspired me to get clear and organized in my own life, realizing that a clutter-free environment could reduce the mental overwhelm which has been holding me back.
Determined to move forward, I dove into mindset work and practical strategies to tackle my own imposter syndrome and endless unfinished projects. I also saw that my cluttered surroundings were a constant drain on my energy, pushing my brain into overwhelm. That’s when I made a commitment to declutter not just my space, but my mind and my life.
Today, I help women like me—those who feel overstimulated, overwhelmed, and ready for change—find clarity and peace in their own spaces. My goal is to create an environment, both mental and physical, that genuinely supports you in achieving the life you want. Together, we’ll work to create order, calm, and the confidence to believe in yourself again. Let’s take those small, meaningful steps toward a life that feels more manageable, fulfilling, and authentically you.
