Helping neuro-spicy women with ADHD turn their overwhelmed homes into spaces they’re proud of — using simple, personalised systems that actually work for their brain.
For years, I felt like the odd one out—always different, never quite getting why my brain worked the way it did. Then one day (totally by chance), I realised I had ADHD. Just like when I found out I was dyslexic, it was like someone finally handed me the missing manual for my brain. Suddenly, all those struggles, all those “why can’t I just…?” moments made sense.
I’ve spent over 10 years working in healthcare, supporting families and adults with complex needs right in their homes. And when I wasn’t working, I was knee-deep in restoration projects—old furniture, random treasures—basically anything I thought I could give new life to. But surprise surprise… I ended up with more projects than I could count, feeling burnt out and completely lost.
My cluttered home became a mirror of my brain: chaos everywhere, fuelling even more chaos. It wasn’t that I was lazy or incapable—I was just trying to fit into systems that weren’t built for me. Discovering I was ADHD (with a sprinkle of autistic traits) changed everything.
That’s when I started experimenting—mindset shifts, practical decluttering, and little organising tweaks that actually worked for my brain. Slowly but surely, things began to click. My home became calmer. My mind stopped running in circles. And for the first time, I felt like I could actually manage life.
Now, this is the work I love: helping other ADHD women who are overwhelmed, overstimulated, and tired of feeling stuck. Together, we create space—for clarity, calm, and the life you deserve.
One step at a time. No judgement. Just real, messy progress.
